• Multiple Map Styles: Various artistic styles including watercolor, hand-drawn, anime, and more
• Free Trial: 5 complimentary map generations for new users
• Credit System: Purchase additional credits for continued use after trial

Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• Account registration requires a valid Google account for authentication
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Create maps containing copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our AI models
• Use automated tools or scripts to abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Generate excessive requests to overload our systems
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without written consent

Payment Terms and Credits

Credit System

• Each map generation consumes 1 credit
• New users receive 5 free trial credits
• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment processor Creem
• Credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable

Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Creem
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes
• Payment is required before credit delivery
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

• Digital Credits: Generally non-refundable due to immediate digital delivery
• Technical Issues: Refunds may be considered if technical problems prevent service use
• Unauthorized Charges: Report unauthorized transactions within 30 days

• Processing Time: Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Intellectual Property and Content Rights

Generated Maps

• You retain ownership of maps you generate using our Service

• We retain the right to use generated content for service improvement and marketing (anonymized)
• You represent that your input descriptions do not infringe third-party rights

Service Availability and Limitations

• Uptime: We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• Rate Limits: Usage limits prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users
• Content Filtering: AI models may refuse inappropriate or unsafe requests
• Quality Variations: AI-generated content quality may vary and is not guaranteed

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Remain inactive for more than 2 years

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits are not refundable upon account termination.
